    Join Coach Eric for a no frills Strength class designed to complement any form of athletic sport training. Each session focuses on either upper or lower body strength movements, paired with targeted mobility work for the opposite muscle group. Every class ends with a conditioning circuit with a core training focus. Increase strength, power, endurance, and overall athletic performance. Perfect for any level of athlete!

    Our performance classes increase speed, power, conditioning, and sport specific strength. They provide optimal training to generate consistent power, and develop a tenacious, high motor cardiovascular system. Gain a clear and confident mind through solid skill development, consistent training, and practicing high quality habits. Our goal is to help our members develop joy and confidence in moving. We want you to become a healthy and fit asset and role model. Whether your goals include improving overall fitness and wellbeing, gaining an edge in martial arts or other sports, playing with your kids, or going for a hike, strength is an important asset. 

  • Powerlifting

    Push yourself to new limits and learn to Powerlift with seasoned Competitor, Eric Wilberg.   Eric received a Bachelor’s Degree as a Health Fitness Specialist and has spent the past decade dedicated to the sport of Powerlifting. His best lifts in competition are a 694lb squat, 463lb bench press, and 840lb deadlift in the 220lb weight class. His class is open to all levels from beginners, to experienced competitors. Spots are limited, so act fast to secure yours and enjoy a small group training environment!
