    Join Coach Eric for a no frills Strength class designed to complement any form of athletic sport training. Each session focuses on either upper or lower body strength movements, paired with targeted mobility work for the opposite muscle group. Every class ends with a conditioning circuit with a core training focus. Increase strength, power, endurance, and overall athletic performance. Perfect for any level of athlete!

  • Performance

    Classes are designed and led by Coach Crickett Bankston, with over 15 years of experience developing athletes in traditional and combat sports.Total body training sessions focusing on overall athleticism. Strength training is included to reinforce the session. Athlete’s can sprint, jump, throw, slam, change directions and lift within a session. This is perfect for those that need to build a solid athletic base to be ready for competition.

  • Powerlifting

    Push yourself to new limits and learn to Powerlift with seasoned Competitor, Eric Wilberg.   His class is open to all levels from beginners, to experienced competitors. The powerlifting program includes a customized 3-4 day program, meeting in person 2 times a week for 90 minutes, with 1-2 workouts to be completed on your own time. All workouts and progress will be logged/tracked via the train heroic app.

  • Conditioning

    Coach Crickett lead conditioning classes with an emphasis on conditioning, athletic movement, and mobility. Also great for improving agility, hand speed and footwork, kick balance and height, overall flexibility for grappling and reinforce their tendons.
